The new bedroom will be about 16 by 24 feet, but we don’t know how many bathrooms will be added. The whole project is expected to cost around $1.7 million.
Her cliffside manor, known as High Watch or Holiday House, is pretty impressive. It’s got 11,000 square feet and is just steps away from the fancy Ocean House resort.
Swift’s place already has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, plus a beautiful patio and a swimming pool. She bought the house in cash back in 2013, and it’s become a special spot for her.
The estate even inspired her song “The Last Great American Dynasty,” about a socialite who once lived there. Over the years, many of her famous friends have visited, and she’s hosted some epic 4th of July parties there.
Last summer, her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his teammate Patrick Mahomes were spotted enjoying a pool party at her place. Other stars like Selena Gomez and the Haim sisters have also been guests.
Swift’s friends Gigi Hadid and Blake Lively have been regulars at her summer bashes, which she calls “Taymerica.” It’s clear this mansion is more than just a home; it’s a place filled with memories and fun times.
