Prince William was spotted at a Birmingham pub, enjoying drinks with Aston Villa fans before a match, showcasing his down-to-earth nature.
He’s a big Villa supporter and even asked the club to set up a meet-up with some of their most dedicated fans. They all gathered around, sharing stories and excitement about the upcoming game against Everton.
One fan, Daniel, who’s just 18, said William was super down to earth and really loved the team. He even mentioned that if the Prince didn’t have royal duties, he’d probably be at the match with them.
At the pub, William enjoyed a Bulmers cider, but no one spilled the beans on who paid for the drinks. He spent over half an hour with the fans before they headed off to the game.
Another fan, John, shared that William told him about his first game, which was Villa against Bolton. He’s been a fan ever since! William mentioned he’d be watching the match on TV that night and thought it would be a tough one since Everton had their old manager back.
Earlier that day, he was busy too, attending a conference for paramedics in Birmingham, where he was named the college’s patron. He praised the hard work of paramedics, which is pretty impressive.
