A woman faced backlash for filming herself brushing her hair on a flight, sparking debate over in-flight grooming etiquette.

The original video got taken down but was re-shared on the @blackvoyageurs page, where it’s getting a lot of attention again. The Instagram user, @adeola_fm, was just trying to do her hair while her blonde seatmate looked on, clearly unimpressed.
In her post, she said, “Me in business class minding my business while aunty gives me nasty stares.” But instead of sympathy, she got a wave of criticism. People were not happy about her treating the plane like a salon at 30,000 feet.
One commenter said, “You don’t brush your wig in public, especially in tight spaces with food around.” Another added, “It’s okay to brush your hair, but do it in the restroom.”
Many felt that brushing hair in such a small space where people are eating is just plain tacky. One user pointed out, “You might be in ‘business class,’ but your actions show you have no class.”
It seems like personal grooming on planes has become a hot topic. Just last year, someone called out a passenger for painting her nails mid-flight, and she refused to stop. It’s wild how some folks think the airplane is their personal space for grooming!
