One Direction Fans Disappointed as Charity Film Screening Canceled Last Minute

Manchester: So, here’s the scoop. A bunch of excited One Direction fans were totally bummed out when their charity concert film screening got canceled at the last minute. The film, “This Is Us,” was supposed to play at the Odeon in Great Northern on January 14.

The theater was packed, and everyone was settled in with their drinks and snacks when the announcement hit. Can you imagine? Just moments before the show was set to start, they were told it wasn’t happening. One fan, Marcus Owramenko, even took some photos of the crowd leaving in disappointment.

He mentioned that the room was filled with mostly young girls, all ready to enjoy the film. After the announcement around 7:55 PM, they were told they’d get refunds. Odeon promised that all ticket profits would go to mental health charities, which is a nice touch, but it didn’t ease the letdown.

Marcus shared his experience, saying the screen was packed and everyone was excited. But just ten minutes before the film was supposed to start, they got the bad news.
