Liverpool will travel to Plymouth Argyle for the FA Cup fourth round, missing a chance to see Wayne Rooney face his old club.

After being promoted to the Championship in 2023, Plymouth barely avoided relegation last season. They’ve never made it past the FA Cup semi-finals, so they’ll be the underdogs in this matchup.
Plymouth is also known for its historical significance in the US, as the Mayflower set sail from there in 1620. That’s where the club gets its nickname, the Pilgrims.
