New York: Joy Behar is already feeling the absence of President Joe Biden, even before he officially leaves office. On a recent episode of The View, she reflected on Biden’s farewell speech, where he hinted at the dangers posed by the wealthy elite to democracy.

After watching a clip of Biden, Joy admitted she’s going to miss him. She said, “I miss him already. I miss him. He’s a good person who has cared about the country for 50 years.”

In a moment of humor, she avoided saying Trump’s name directly, saying, “This other one spent 50 years scamming everybody and trying to stay out of jail.” She emphasized how safe she felt with Biden in charge, worrying about what might happen next with Trump.

Joy continued, urging the wealthy, like Bezos and Musk, to use their fortunes for good. She pointed out that world hunger could be tackled with just $40 billion, a small fraction of the wealth some have gained.

She expressed frustration that the rich seem to hoard their money instead of helping others, saying, “Nothing is done with that money to help people. It’s just to increase their power.”
