“I’m not too sure” – Man United Given Warning Ahead of Southampton Clash

Manchester: United is back at Old Trafford on Thursday to take on Southampton. The Saints, now managed by Ivan Juric, are struggling at the bottom of the Premier League and are still looking for their first win since he took over.

United, on the other hand, is sitting in 14th place after a solid draw against Liverpool and a penalty shootout win over Arsenal in the FA Cup. Most experts think United should win, but Chris Sutton cautions fans not to expect an easy game.

Sutton pointed out that Southampton plays differently now, being more direct under Juric. He believes United will find a way to win but warns it might not be as straightforward as fans hope. He mentioned that United has been good on the counter-attack but needs to take charge of the game at home.

Paul Merson echoed similar thoughts, saying it all depends on which United team shows up. He expects them to win but noted their inconsistency in recent matches. If they don’t win, it could be a disaster for them, especially with Southampton struggling so much this season.
