Bold Heath: So, here’s the scoop. At least 20 cars had some serious issues after filling up at the BP Ace of Hearts garage. It all kicked off on January 9 when customers started reporting mechanical problems right after refueling. The garage jumped into action pretty quickly.

Within just two days, they managed to fix all the affected cars. They teamed up with a specialist fuel service to sort things out and even compensated the drivers for the hassle. The Director of the garage mentioned that they got wind of the problem when cars started breaking down on January 10. After a few complaints, they realized something was off with two of their pumps.

Once they got a fourth complaint, they decided to shut those pumps down. They quickly assembled a team to handle the complaints and called in Fuel Flush to help out. They really wanted to make it clear to customers that if it was their fault, they’d take care of it.

Fuel Flush sent a dedicated crew who worked in freezing temperatures, and they wrapped up the job late on Sunday night. In just two days, they managed to fix over 20 cars. The garage director praised Fuel Flush for their excellent service, saying they fixed every single car without a hitch.

Fuel Flush is known as a ‘wrong fuel specialist’ and operates from Preston to Manchester. The director added that they did their best to help customers and even compensated them for the fuel costs. While it was a tough situation, he was glad they could respond quickly to the complaints.

Their main goal was to get everyone back on the road, and then they’d figure out what went wrong. By Monday morning, they found out it wasn’t a BP fuel issue; it was just a problem with two nozzles. BP has been supportive in maintaining their standards.

Interestingly, this incident came just days after another BP garage in Rayleigh, Essex, had to close due to complaints on January 7, but the two situations aren’t linked. The garage director emphasized that even before the investigation, they were out there fixing cars, aiming to prevent any customer suffering.

If you were affected, you should swing by Ace of Hearts garage or shoot them an email at starforecourts@gmail.com.
