Quincy: We lived in Quincy, Massachusetts, for 12 years and loved it. But when we started a family, we realized it wasn’t the best fit anymore.

We enjoyed the city’s vibe, with its restaurants and parks, but it felt crowded. Our home was getting small for our growing family, and the schools weren’t great. So, we sold our place for a good price and moved to my parents’ house in Plymouth.

After some searching, we found Norwell, a quieter town about 20 minutes south of Quincy. It’s a lovely area with beautiful communities nearby. We bought a bigger home with a sunroom, which felt like a great investment.

Even though the property taxes are higher, we’re near excellent public schools, which is a relief. We don’t have to worry about private school costs anymore.

Living in Norwell is peaceful, and we have everything we need close by. Major shopping and dining are just a short drive away, and we found a great preschool for our daughter.

While I miss Quincy’s buzz, we’re really happy in Norwell. Plus, Boston is still just a quick trip away whenever we want to enjoy the city again.
