Potomac: Ashley Darby thinks fans will see the rest of Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Potomac differently now that videos from Karen Huger’s DUI incident are out. During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked her if the footage would change viewers’ perspectives. Ashley confidently said, “Of course you will.”

She explained that the tapes reveal a lot about Karen that she usually deflects or denies. Karen had a serious car accident last March, leading to a DUI charge. She claimed she only had a couple of drinks, but the footage shows her slurring and admitting to being “lit.”

Ashley was shocked when she first saw the footage. She recalled how Karen’s attorney had reassured her and the others that everything would be fine. They believed they had it all under control, but the video made them question that. “How on earth did they decide to go to trial?” she wondered.

Recently, Karen’s team announced she entered a private recovery program, which caused her to miss the Season 9 reunion. Her manager expressed full support for her decision, highlighting the importance of this step in her personal growth.

Catch Watch What Happens Live on Bravo, airing Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET, with new episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
