Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas leads the Billboard list for US entertainment venues in 2024, showcasing its popularity and diverse events.
Las Vegas: Allegiant Stadium is really making waves! With big names like The Rolling Stones, Pink, and Billy Joel performing, it’s no wonder it topped the Billboard list for entertainment venues in the U.S. for 2024.
This stadium is not just popular locally; it’s ranked second worldwide! Over the past year, it attracted 657,000 fans to 15 major events, raking in a whopping $118 million in ticket sales.
Only one venue, Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, outperformed it internationally. That stadium had 1.5 million attendees and grossed $135.3 million. But hey, Allegiant Stadium is still a huge deal!
Billboard highlighted the variety of events held there, including Super Bowl 58 and international soccer matches. They even hosted the first-ever National Rugby League games in the U.S. How cool is that?
Since opening in 2020, Allegiant Stadium has been home to the Raiders and UNLV. The General Manager, Andy Gorchov, expressed his excitement about the recognition and thanked everyone involved in making last year a success.
