Las Vegas: The WWE is gearing up to take over the city for WrestleMania 41 in April. This two-day event is happening on April 19 and 20 at Allegiant Stadium. But that’s not all; there’s a whole weekend of wrestling fun lined up.

Before WrestleMania kicks off, fans can catch WWE’s Friday Night Smackdown on April 18 and Monday Night Raw on April 21 at T-Mobile Arena. Plus, there’s WWE World, a fan fest at the Las Vegas Convention Center from April 17 to 21.

Steve Hill, the head of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, mentioned that it’s going to be four days packed with sold-out events. Last year, over 40,000 fans showed up for the first WWE World during WrestleMania weekend, and this year is expected to be even bigger.

WWE president Nick Khan called WrestleMania their Super Bowl, and he couldn’t think of a better place than Las Vegas for it. The WWE is also planning to give back to the community with various events throughout the week, aiming to leave a positive impact.

Ticket sales have been off the charts, with more tickets sold in the first 72 hours than any previous WWE event. Fans are clearly excited, and there are still three months to go!

The event will be streamed in the U.S. on Peacock and globally on Netflix. While it may not reach the economic impact of last year’s Super Bowl, it’s still expected to be one of the biggest events in Las Vegas this year.

Jeremy Aguero from Applied Analysis believes WrestleMania will be a significant event for the community. Although they don’t have full ticketing data yet, it’s clear that this event is going to be huge.

Khan, a Las Vegas native, sees this as a full-circle moment for him. He believes the WWE’s underdog spirit fits perfectly with the city’s vibe, where dreams can come true with hard work and a bit of luck.
