Jasmin Thompson, accused of murder, insists she was trying to help during a brawl
Staten Island: So, there’s this woman, Jasmin Thompson, who’s been charged with stabbing a mom named Jennira Roundtree. It all went down during a fight involving their kids. Thompson was on the run for a bit and even hopped on a podcast to say she didn’t do it. She claims she was just trying to calm things down.
The whole mess started when Roundtree’s daughter got into it with some other girls online. When Roundtree stepped in, things escalated quickly. Thompson says she showed up to talk things over, but it turned into chaos with women swinging golf clubs and other stuff.
