West Side: On January 14, police raided a home and found a stash of drugs and gambling machines. They seized crack cocaine, marijuana, and cash, among other items.

Andre Leon Hall, 48, was arrested at his home on West Washington Street. Officers arrived early in the morning with a search warrant. They found a total of 133.6 grams of suspected cocaine and several other drugs, along with three handguns and nearly $700 in cash.

The police also discovered what looked like an illegal gambling setup in a detached garage. It had two skill machines, a cash register, and a fully stocked bar. They even impounded Hall’s pickup truck for further investigation.

During the search, they found more cash, a handgun, and additional drugs, including oxycodone and Diazepam. They also searched another property in Union Township linked to Hall, where they found more cocaine.

Hall is facing multiple charges, including possession of a firearm and intent to deliver controlled substances. He was arraigned and is currently held on a $100,000 bond. Remember, suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court.
