The Tallest Penthouse in Queens Lists for $11,500 a Month

So, there’s this penthouse in Long Island City that’s just hit the market for $11,500 a month. It’s actually the most expensive rental in the whole borough, according to StreetEasy.

This place, Penthouse No. 406, is on top of the Skyline Tower at 3 Court Square, which is also the second tallest building on Long Island.

It’s 778 feet up on the 67th floor, boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms across 1,547 square feet. The views? Absolutely breathtaking, with sights of the Manhattan skyline and the East River.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with high-end appliances. Two of the bedrooms even have en-suite bathrooms, giving it that dual primary suite vibe.

He joked about how if you want to spend $45,000 to $50,000 a month, you can find places at 845 UN Plaza or 30 Park Place in Manhattan.

Skyline Tower offers all those luxury amenities, and it’s just one subway stop from Midtown. But don’t get too comfy; a new project called The Orchard is being built and will take the title of Queens’ tallest building, though it won’t be ready until 2026.
