New York City: So, there’s this cool survey that just came out about dream jobs worldwide. Turns out, being a pilot is the top pick globally! Can you believe it? In the US, flight attendants are the most sought-after gig, even with all the craziness that can happen on flights.

This survey was put together by Remitly, a financial services company. They looked at Google search trends from 186 countries over the past year to see what jobs people are curious about. They even checked out searches like “how to be a pilot” to get a feel for what folks are dreaming about.

It’s wild to see that there were a whopping 432,360 searches for becoming a pilot! That’s a lot of people dreaming about flying high. Countries like the Czech Republic and Egypt are all about that pilot life too.

Coming in second place globally is the attorney role, which jumped up 17 spots from last year. It had over 393,380 searches! The legal field is super popular, with people also searching for how to be a prosecutor and a judge.

Interestingly, law enforcement is now the third most popular job, with a huge increase in interest. It’s surprising given how tough and risky that job can be. But hey, people are still curious!

Pharmacists and nurses round out the top five, with searches reflecting the respect these professions gained during the pandemic. And let’s not forget about Youtubers! They’re still a popular choice, even if interest has dipped a bit.

So, if you’re dreaming about a career change, you’re not alone! The world is full of people chasing their dream jobs, and it’s pretty inspiring to see what everyone is aiming for.
