Washington: So, Steve Bannon really went off on Elon Musk recently. Just days after praising Musk for his financial support of the MAGA movement, Bannon flipped the script and started trashing him.

Bannon, who’s 71 and runs the “War Room” podcast, suggested Musk should just head back to South Africa. He’s not happy with Musk’s views on H1-B visas, which allow foreign workers into the U.S. for specialized jobs.

He even said, “I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day.” Bannon wants to make sure Musk doesn’t have any special access to the White House, treating him like everyone else.

Bannon called Musk “truly evil” and said he’s done tolerating him just because he used to support the movement financially. It seems like there’s some serious tension brewing.

Things got heated last month when the MAGA crowd split over H1-B visas, with Bannon taking a hard stance against them. Musk, who’s a U.S. citizen now but originally from South Africa, has been a strong advocate for these visas.

Bannon didn’t stop there. He took shots at other billionaire Trump supporters too, saying they’re all “white South Africans” and questioning why they have a say in U.S. matters.

He’s been critical of Musk’s growing influence, especially since Musk has been cozying up to Trump lately. After a failed assassination attempt on Trump, Musk has been all in, spending a lot of time at Mar-a-Lago.

Democrats have been trying to stir the pot between Musk and Trump, even calling Musk “President Musk” when he opposed a government funding bill. Bannon, however, is worried about Musk’s focus on wealth and power.

He’s also called out Musk for some controversial comments he made online, which Musk later deleted. Bannon feels Musk has mocked the MAGA movement and is not on their side.

Interestingly, despite their differences, Bannon acknowledged that Musk’s involvement could be beneficial for the movement. He believes if Musk puts his money into European politics like he did for Trump, it could really shake things up.
