Sean Combs is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in Manhattan back in 2000, as part of ongoing legal troubles.
Manhattan: A woman claims Sean “Diddy” Combs raped her when she was just 16 back in 2000. She filed a lawsuit recently, joining over 30 others accusing him of sexual misconduct.
In her suit, she goes by Jane Doe. She says she was leaving a babysitting job when she ran into Combs outside. He convinced her to hop in a car with him and two other guys.
Even though he offered her a ride home, the lawsuit claims he drove past her place instead. He gave her a drink that made her feel “groggy and unsteady.”
According to the suit, Combs and the others took her to a different location where he raped her. Afterward, his driver dropped her off at her home.
Combs has denied these allegations through his attorney, stating he has never assaulted anyone. His legal team is confident he will clear his name in court.
At 55, Combs is facing multiple lawsuits from various individuals claiming sexual assault, with incidents dating back to the 1990s. He’s also facing serious charges like sex trafficking and racketeering, currently held in a Brooklyn prison as he awaits trial in May.
