Southend: Rylan Clark just revealed he lost a stone after taking on a new role. He performed in the Jack and the Beanstalk pantomime, which was a first for him.

After a break over the holidays, he returned to his Saturday show. Rylan said he felt great, with his belly now “flat as a pancake.” His friend Sally Boazman praised him, saying he looked brilliant.

Rylan explained he had a “post-show glow” and was feeling good about his new look. He even mentioned how he was cinching it around the waist. After the panto, he headed to Spain for another project, taking his mum along for some fun.

He shared the stage with some talented folks, including comedian Aaron James and actor Neal Wright. Their last performance was on January 5, and Rylan took to social media to thank everyone involved.

He’s been busy lately, also appearing on BBC Two and hosting shows on Paramount+ and Amazon Prime. Rylan told his Radio 2 listeners he’d take a few days off after the weekend, but it seems he’s not slowing down anytime soon.
