Rudy Giuliani has reached a settlement to avoid trial over his Florida condo and Yankees rings amid a defamation case involving election workers.

The whole thing was about him owing $148 million to two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, after he made some pretty wild claims about them trying to steal the 2020 election.
The settlement was signed just hours before he was set to take the stand, which is a relief for him since he was facing losing his $3.5 million place in Palm Beach and his cherished memorabilia.
While the exact terms of the deal are still under wraps, it seems like it will clear up all the issues that were supposed to go to trial. This includes a claim from his son, Andrew, who argued that the workers shouldn’t get the World Series rings because they were a “gift” to him.
Back in December 2023, a jury found Giuliani liable for that hefty $148 million for defaming those two women. It’s been quite a ride for him, that’s for sure!
