Public opinions are divided on Pete Hegseth’s critics, focusing on mental health and police accountability
As a former cop and Marine veteran, I think Schumer and his buddies should face some serious consequences for their actions. Just look at Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Nadler, and Adam Schiff. They all falsely accused Trump of colluding with Russia during his presidency.
Schiff even messed with a transcript from Trump’s call with Ukraine’s president, which is a big no-no. He changed it without permission, which is against the law. It’s like he’s trying to pull a fast one on everyone.
These four have made some pretty outrageous claims, saying they had proof of Trump’s collusion with Russia. They’ve really tried to undermine the president, and I think they should be held accountable for that.
Floral City, Fla.: As we look ahead with the new administration, it’s crucial for us to rally behind Trump, even if you didn’t vote for him. He’s our president now, and supporting him can lead to good things for all Americans. The Bible says, “You will know them by their fruits,” meaning our actions matter.
Kearny, N.J.: Let’s not forget how awful Trump is! The deaths of five police officers on January 6 should be a wake-up call.
Syosset, L.I.: The fuss over H-1B visas shows a misunderstanding of Trump’s stance on immigration. He’s not against legal immigration; he just wants the best and brightest to come here.
Manhattan: It’s funny how someone like Bozo the Felon gets a conviction called “unconditional discharge.” Is that a joke?
Camden, N.J.: I was surprised to see Obama smiling at Carter’s funeral. Carter brought unity to the Democratic Party, while Trump just focused on tearing down Obama’s legacy.
Bronx: It’s sad that the future first lady had to sit at the end of the row during Carter’s memorial. Trump didn’t even show her respect by letting her sit in the aisle seat.
Manhattan: Now the feds are checking if Mayor Adams’ friends were stealing city water.
Jackson Heights: The NYPD really made it hard for Angelica Parker to report being hit by a cruiser. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to accept a report.
Brooklyn: Curtis Sliwa and others are blaming bystanders for not helping a woman who was on fire. Seriously? The heat would have scared anyone away.
Staten Island: I totally agree with Bruce D. Campbell. We’ve released thousands of people from mental health facilities, and many are causing problems.
Huntington, L.I.: You called me heartless for wanting to help the mentally ill over others. Resources are limited, and we need to make tough choices about who to help.
