Los Angeles: So, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were out helping wildfire victims at the Pasadena Convention Center. Harry, dressed in a mask and hat, approached an elderly man who was bedridden. He asked if the man wanted a sandwich or some water.

The man replied, “What I’d really like is a donut.” The mayor, Victor Gordo, was there and shared this story. Harry didn’t have a donut on hand, but he said he’d find one.

And guess what? Ten minutes later, he came back with a donut! The man was surprised and joked, “I guess I need my carbs and my sugar.” He didn’t even realize he was talking to a royal!

Harry and Meghan were there to lend a hand, passing out food and essentials to those affected by the fires. They even took time to thank the local fire and police teams. The mayor said it was great for them to meet the first responders and the people impacted by the fires.

Harry and Meghan live about 90 miles from LA in Montecito, and thankfully, their home hasn’t been affected by the recent fires. They’ve even opened their doors to friends who had to evacuate. It’s nice to see them using their platform to help others during tough times.
