A Polish town is urging Elon Musk to buy its historic castle as a potential European headquarters

Glogowek: A town in Poland is making a bold move to attract Elon Musk. They want him to buy their stunning 13th-century castle as his European headquarters.
The mayor, Piotr Bujak, recently took to Musk’s social media platform, X, to extend the invitation. He’s also sent letters to Musk’s companies, hoping to catch his attention.
So far, there’s no word on a price, and Musk hasn’t replied yet. Bujak mentioned he heard Musk might be looking for a big spot in Europe, possibly a castle in Italy.
The Glogowek castle has a fascinating history. It was even the capital of Poland for a short time in the 17th century and has hosted famous composer Ludwig van Beethoven.
Bujak believes the castle has a great vibe and is perfect for big ideas. Plus, the area is known for its winemaking tradition, and he thinks it rivals Tuscany.
He’s confident about the climate and believes it’s the best place on Earth. Glogowek is also conveniently located near major European cities like Berlin and Prague, with space for a helicopter pad.
While the castle needs some serious renovations and a private investor, it offers plenty of room for living and business. And it’s owned by the town, making it a unique opportunity.
