Generous donations pour in for the Peoria Journal Star Christmas Fund, helping those in need this holiday season
Many generous folks have stepped up, like William and Annette Burk, who donated $100. There’s also a touching $100 donation in memory of Russ Hawks from Geraldine Hawks.
The Maushard family made a heartfelt contribution of $150 in memory of their loved ones. Rida Boulos added $50, while Edna Nugent donated $100 in memory of her parents.
Mary Knobloch really shined with a $250 donation, and an anonymous donor surprised everyone with a whopping $1,200!
The Montgomery Girls remembered Nick Terry with a $100 donation, and there were several other anonymous gifts, including one for $840.51.
So far, the total for the Christmas Fund has reached an impressive $92,802.81. If you want to help out, you can donate online or mail checks to the Central Illinois Christmas Fund.
This is a wonderful way to spread some holiday cheer and support those in need.
