Peak District: A walk in the Peak District has just been named the best hike for catching sunrises in the UK. Mam Tor is the star of the show, topping a list of ten amazing walks.

This spot has gone viral on TikTok, thanks to its stunning sunrise views. With the days getting longer, more folks are hitting the trails early to catch those beautiful morning skies.

The list was put together by experts at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, who looked at TikTok posts and Google searches to figure out which hikes are the most popular.

Mam Tor really stands out with nearly 10,000 TikTok posts highlighting its breathtaking sunrises. Standing at 517 meters, it offers a moderate hike with fantastic views of Edale and the valley below.

In joint second place are the Malham Landscape Trail in the Yorkshire Dales and Tryfan North Ridge in Snowdonia. Tryfan has 3,886 TikTok posts, while Malham is seeing a surge in searches, showing how much people love this 7km circular trail.

Snowdon also made the list, sharing third place with Cheddar Gorge. Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales at 1,085 meters, is a prime spot for sunrise views, with one TikTok video racking up 414,000 views.

Other popular spots include Scafell Pike and Catbells in the Lake District, proving that there are plenty of great places to catch a sunrise hike across the UK.
