NYPD Cruiser Hits Woman, Leading to Frustrating Reporting Experience

New York: Angelica Parker was just trying to get home from work when she got hit by an NYPD cruiser near Grand Central Station. It was a busy day, and she was crossing the street when the police vehicle came out of nowhere, leaving her with some serious neck pain.
