Las Vegas: So, guess what? They just greenlit two new neighborhoods in Kyle Canyon! We’re talking over 150 homes coming to the northwest part of the city.

Richmond American Homes and Tri Pointe Homes got the thumbs up from the Planning Commission. The first neighborhood is a nice 21.34 acres right off Kyle Canyon Road, next to Skye Canyon. It’ll have 114 one-story homes, each on about 5,000 square feet of land.

And get this, it’s surrounded by the beautiful Red Rock National Conservation Area, so that’s going to stay untouched. Plus, there’s a new trailhead being built nearby that’ll lead right into Red Rock.

Now, the Tri Pointe Homes neighborhood is a bit smaller at 9.34 acres, located just south of Kyle Canyon Road. This one will have 54 homes, with lots starting at 4,680 square feet. They’re keeping it open, no gates here!

They’re also adding over 30,000 square feet of community space, including a park with shade trees, benches, and even a spot for dog waste. Sounds like a great place to live!
