Salford: A motorcyclist got seriously hurt in a crash on Littleton Road. It happened at the Hillside Avenue junction on Monday afternoon. Emergency services rushed to the scene around 4:30 PM.

The collision involved a Ford Fiesta and a KTM motorbike. The rider, a man in his 30s, suffered significant injuries. Thankfully, the driver of the Fiesta is cooperating with the police.

Littleton Road was closed off in both directions near Riverbank Park and Salford Sports Village while they investigated. After gathering evidence, the road was reopened later that evening.

Images from the scene showed the motorbike being checked by officers, with debris scattered around. If anyone saw what happened or has video footage, the police would love to hear from you.
