Manchester United is eyeing a potential loan deal for Randal Kolo Muani from PSG as his future remains uncertain
You know, they had their eyes on him back in the summer of 2023 but ended up going for Rasmus Hojlund instead. Kolo Muani hasn’t played much this season, starting just twice but still managed to score a couple of goals.
He’s still in the good books of the French national team coach, Didier Deschamps, having played in five out of six Nations League matches recently and scoring three goals.
However, his future at PSG is looking a bit shaky. Tottenham and Juventus are also showing interest. The latest hint about his situation came when he was left out of PSG’s squad for their recent win over St-Etienne.
That’s three Ligue 1 matches in a row he’s missed. United is also looking at his teammate, Nuno Mendes, for a left-back position, but they’re not actively pursuing him right now. Mendes is a regular starter for PSG and has a contract until 2026.
Tyrell Malacia just came back from a long injury but has been subbed off often, and Luke Shaw is still out with a hamstring issue. So, it’s a bit of a juggling act for United right now.
