Reigan Heskey shines for Man City’s Under-18s, aiming for more goals in the FA Youth Cup

This kid is on fire! With 10 goals in just 10 games in the Under-18 Premier League, he’s also found the net in other competitions like the EFL Trophy and UEFA Youth League.
Next up, he’s looking to add to that tally in the FA Youth Cup against Millwall on Thursday at the Joie Stadium. City are the defending champions, and a win would send them to the next round, possibly facing Leeds United or AFC Fylde.
If he keeps this up, first-team football could be on the horizon for him. Heskey, who’s just 16 and the son of former England striker Emile, has shown great skill and determination in the academy.
He kicked off the scoring against Everton with a deflected shot and netted City’s third with a sharp finish. Ryan McAidoo and Matty Warhurst also scored, while Everton managed a late penalty from George Morgan.
City’s players will train on Sunday and take Monday off to prepare for the big match against Millwall.
