Kalispell: So, there’s this guy who’s claiming his neighbor is harassing him through a restraining order. He says it’s all because he supports Trump. He called the neighbor a “left-wing nutjob” and complained that the neighbor keeps calling the cops on him. He wasn’t happy with how the Kalispell Police were handling things and wanted to talk to a sheriff’s deputy instead. The officer gave him some advice on how to get a restraining order himself.

In another incident, police got a call about a “thief on the roof.” An employee saw a guy trying to wiggle open a glass door but the cops couldn’t find him when they checked the area.

Then there was a couple having a loud argument. The woman swung at the guy, and he ended up falling on the bike path. She told the police he had a knife and accidentally stabbed himself in the hip while trying to show it off.

A woman called the cops worried that a man living with her mom was taking advantage of her.

There was also a report of a woman trespassing and grabbing the property manager.

One guy wrote on someone’s car even though he had a restraining order against him.

Another person complained about a silver Honda parked on their pad without permission.

A security officer was assaulted, and a man brought his friend to help him understand a contract issue with a company he didn’t want to work for anymore. They told him to reach out to the Department of Labor since it was a civil matter.

Lastly, some folks were loitering in a bank lobby, and an employee asked the police to move them along. There were also reports of stolen items and questions about a gun purchase. It’s been a busy time for the Kalispell Police!
