KnitWell Group has secured a 20-year lease for 246,000 square feet at 7 Times Square, expanding its office space in Midtown Manhattan.
The building itself is pretty impressive. It’s a 47-story skyscraper, designed by SOM and developed by Boston Properties. It stands tall at 724 feet and has a total of 1.25 million square feet. You can find it right at West 42nd Street, nestled between Broadway and Seventh Avenue.
Recently, 7 Times Square has had some cool upgrades. They’ve added new amenities like conference rooms, a client lounge, and even café services. It’s all about making the space more inviting for tenants.
Plus, the location is super convenient. It’s right above one of the main entrances to the Times Square-42nd Street subway station, which connects to several train lines.
Patrick Walsh, the COO of KnitWell Group, expressed excitement about the move. He mentioned how important in-person collaboration is for their industry and thanked BXP and the team at 7 Times Square for their support. It sounds like they’re really looking forward to making this their home for the next two decades!
