KB Home is set to develop a 940-home community in Henderson, featuring various housing options and amenities for families.

The homes will come in two- and three-story options, ranging from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet. You can expect two to five bedrooms and two and a half to four bathrooms. Sounds pretty spacious, right?
They paid a whopping $90 million for the land, according to Clark County property records. Aaron Hirschi, the regional general manager for KB Home, mentioned they’ve been building in Henderson for 25 years. This new community will have parks, a dog park, walking trails, playgrounds, and picnic spots.
Hirschi said they’re aiming for first-time buyers or those looking to upgrade. They plan to start developing the land next month, with construction kicking off by the end of the year. Sales are expected to begin in spring 2026.
He also pointed out that life changes—like getting married or having a baby—will keep driving homeownership in 2025. Henderson is seeing strong buyer demand, and they’re excited to offer affordable homes in a great location close to schools and parks.
By the way, a U-Haul study last year ranked Henderson as the 17th fastest-growing city in the U.S. So, it looks like a great time to be building there!
