New York: Jenna Bush Hager shared that her husband, Henry Hager, has put a lifetime ban on their daughter, Mila, from appearing on the “Today” show.

During an interview with E! News, Jenna mentioned that 11-year-old Mila really wants to co-host with her, but Henry isn’t having it.

Jenna said, “She said something very controversial,” which led to Henry’s decision. They might reconsider for a bring-your-kids-to-work day, but it’s not looking good right now.

Interestingly, Mila is the only one in the family keen on the gig, and Jenna joked about pushing her other kids to join in too.

Jenna has been co-hosting with various celebrities, like Eva Longoria and Scarlett Johansson, while searching for a permanent co-host to replace Hoda Kotb.

While Jenna didn’t reveal what Mila’s controversial comment was, it’s worth noting that Mila made headlines in 2022 when she blurted out that her mom doesn’t wear underwear.

That moment was pretty funny, with Jenna covering her face in embarrassment and quickly trying to change the subject.

Jenna and Henry also have two other kids, Poppy and Hal, and they’ve been married since 2008. Jenna has openly talked about her choice to go without undergarments, saying there are plenty of benefits to it.
