Louisville: So, here’s the scoop. Jefferson County Public Schools is back to normal on Tuesday. They had a two-hour delay on Monday because of the snow.

Classes were supposed to kick off last week after winter break, but two winter storms shut everything down until Friday. Most of the snow is cleared from the main roads now, but JCPS warned there might still be some bus delays because of side roads.

Since last Wednesday, snow crews have been working hard to clear the routes near the bus stops. JCPS even had its own team out there plowing and salting the school roads around the clock over the weekend.

After missing five days, the last day of school might change. The school board needs to approve any adjustments for those snow days, and they’ll meet on January 26 to discuss it.
