Hopewell Blood Drive, Petersburg Candle-Making Workshop and More Events

Hopewell: This week is packed with fun events in Hopewell and Petersburg. First up, there’s a blood drive at Friendship Baptist Church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They need all blood types, so if you can, swing by and donate. Plus, if you give blood, you could win a trip to the Super Bowl!

In Petersburg, there’s a candle-making workshop at Resist Booksellers on Saturday at 2 p.m. It’s a great chance to get creative and learn from Bianca Turner, who runs Beez Wax Candle Brand. Tickets are limited, so grab yours soon!
