Manhattan: The Hendrix House at 250 East 25th Street just revealed its new facade. This 12-story building topped off last August and is making waves in Kips Bay. Developed by New Empire Corp. and designed by DXA Studio, it offers 60 condos in a prime location.

Sales kicked off in June 2024, and guess what? They’ve already sold 75 percent of the units, raking in nearly $60 million. That’s about $2,133 per square foot!

The condos come in various sizes, including studios and one- and two-bedroom options. Paris Forino designed the interiors, and they look fantastic. Residents will enjoy a fitness center, wellness spa, and a rooftop terrace with lounge seating and grills.

Each unit features open layouts with home office spaces and big windows. The kitchens are decked out with marble countertops and high-end appliances. The bathrooms? They have custom vanities and heated floors.

Occupancy is just around the corner, so it’s an exciting time for future residents!
