After a previous story about her situation, many readers reached out to help. One reader, Boni Galarneau, stepped in to assist Debra with her storage unit eviction. Boni and her family helped pack up Debra’s belongings, which included both cherished items and reminders of her struggles.
As they sorted through her things, Debra’s health worsened, and she needed a place to recover. Boni offered her a ride to a motel, paying for several nights to ensure Debra had a roof over her head.
