Miami: Hanna Cavinder just welcomed her boyfriend Carson Beck to Miami in a super fun way. After he announced he was transferring to the Hurricanes, they made a TikTok together.

In the video, they both smiled and formed a “U” with their hands, showing their support for the university. Hanna, who plays basketball for Miami, has a huge following on TikTok, with 4.5 million fans.

She posted on X, saying, “It’s a great day to be a Miami Hurricane.” Carson, who used to be the quarterback for Georgia, decided to enter the transfer portal and will now play for Miami.

He had a solid season in 2023, throwing for nearly 4,000 yards and 24 touchdowns. But he also faced some challenges, with his interceptions going up to 12 this past season.

Carson’s previous season ended early due to a shoulder injury during the SEC Championship game, and he had surgery afterward. He had initially declared for the 2025 NFL Draft, but that decision faced some backlash from analysts.

One analyst even called it a “foolish” move. Now, with his transfer to Miami, he’s expected to earn a hefty amount in NIL deals, possibly between $3 million and $4 million.

Hanna, who’s also a social media star with her twin sister Haley, is in her second year at Miami. She was part of the team that made it to the Elite Eight in the 2023 NCAA Tournament before taking a break from basketball.

She announced her return to the Hurricanes in April 2024, and Carson confirmed their relationship during an ESPN interview last summer.
