Tulsi Gabbard’s financial disclosures show she made over $1.2 million last year as a prominent MAGA figure and media contributor.
Most of that came from various sources. She got nearly $300,000 as an advance for her book, “For Love of Country: Leave the Democrat Party Behind.” Plus, she earned around $200,000 as a contributor for Fox News and about $120,000 from the American Center for Law and Justice.
On top of that, she made over $170,000 from speaking gigs, including one at the Heritage Foundation. Gabbard also pulled in nearly $415,000 from her businesses, Tulsi Media LLC and TOA Studios LLC, along with her podcast, “The Tulsi Gabbard Show.”
She’s not just making money; she’s investing too. Gabbard has between $100,001 and $250,000 in stocks for Rumble and Tesla, along with smaller amounts in Apple and Nvidia. She even holds between $18,004 and $95,000 in crypto, mostly in Bitcoin.
Last year, she took out a mortgage between $250,001 and $500,000 on her home. In a separate filing, she promised to divest from Tesla, Apple, Nvidia, and her crypto holdings.
Gabbard also stated that her media company would stop operations once she’s confirmed as director of national intelligence. She plans to transfer her media interests to her husband and step back from her podcast.
In her ethics agreement, she mentioned resigning from Fox News and noted she would have a “covered relationship” with the network for a year, meaning she might still work with them under certain conditions.
