An FBI agent faces 19 charges related to rape and sexual assault based on testimonies from three victims in Maryland
He was working as a special agent when he got arrested last November by the local police. Among those charges, he’s facing eight counts of second-degree rape, which could mean a hefty 20 years for each count if he’s found guilty. But he hasn’t been sentenced yet.
The grand jury heard some pretty disturbing evidence, including testimonies from the victims. They talked about how Valdivia allegedly used an Instagram account called “DC Fine Line Tattoos” to lure them in. He was pretending to be a modeling agent, promising free tattoos and modeling gigs.
The first victim shared her story about how she got a tattoo from him and then was invited back for a modeling contract. But things took a terrible turn during what was supposed to be a photoshoot. The second victim had a similar experience, and the third victim also came forward with her own account of being lured into a modeling shoot. It’s a really sad situation, and it’s shocking to see someone in his position involved in such serious allegations.
