Don Lemon unleashed a fiery tirade against MSNBC’s Morning Joe and Obama for their civility towards Trump, expressing his frustration with strong language.
New York: Don Lemon is at it again, folks. This time, he really let loose on his YouTube show. He was fired up about MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and how Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski were acting all chummy with Trump.
Just a couple of weeks after his last rant, Lemon took aim at the anchors for suggesting we should be civil to the incoming president. He was not having it. He called out Scarborough and Brzezinski for their meeting with Trump at Mar-a-Lago, saying it was just wrong to act friendly after everything that’s happened.
He was pretty clear: “You can’t just smile at someone you’ve called a fascist.” Lemon was adamant that we need to show the American people that this behavior isn’t normal. He believes civility doesn’t mean you have to drop your morals or principles.
He even got personal, saying, “If someone disrespects my loved one, I don’t have to smile in their f–king face!” He was really passionate about how the media should be sending a strong message about what’s acceptable.
Then he turned his attention to Obama, who was seen chatting with Trump at a recent funeral. Lemon said, “I’m not smiling in your face if you’re calling my sister or my mother a man. F–k you!” He was clearly upset about the way some people are treating Trump with respect.
Before this, Lemon had another wild moment on his show, where he mocked Trump supporters for being upset about H1-B visas. He called them “dumb f–king idiots” and said they were in a cult without even realizing it. It’s clear he’s not holding back anytime soon!
