Las Vegas: The developers behind Area15 just landed over $160 million to expand this cool entertainment spot. Fisher Brothers, a New York real estate firm, announced they’ve secured financing for a big 20-acre project.

This funding includes $108 million from North Bridge and $53 million from Acore Capital. They kicked off construction last year and are aiming to open the new section soon.

The expansion will bring some exciting attractions, like a year-round horror experience from the folks behind Universal Studios. Plus, there’s a futuristic outer-space adventure from Felix & Paul Studios that promises a wild 26th-century space mission.

Area15, which opened in 2020, has already attracted over 13 million visitors. It’s home to the interactive art experience Omega Mart and will soon feature the John Wick Experience, inspired by the hit movie series. This new attraction is all about a thrilling world where loyalty is tested and danger lurks around every corner.
