Christina Haack and Josh Hall are divorcing after less than three years of marriage, both moving on with new partners as they navigate their split.
When Christina tied the knot with Josh in September 2022, she felt like everything was finally falling into place. She even shared a heartfelt post about how her life was exactly where she wanted it to be. But fast forward to now, and they’ve both filed for divorce, with Christina wiping almost all traces of Josh from her social media.
Before the split, they were working on a new HGTV show called “The Flip Off,” alongside Christina’s ex, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather. Now, it looks like the show will mostly go on without Josh, as both are moving on with new love interests, even though their divorce isn’t finalized yet.
Business Insider has laid out the timeline of their relationship, the sudden split, and what it means for their careers. When asked for a comment, Josh’s spokesperson said he prefers to keep things private and resolve matters away from the press. Christina’s rep didn’t comment either.
They first got together in the spring of 2021 after meeting at a real estate conference. Christina had been married to Tarek from 2009 to 2018 and then to Ant Anstead until 2020. They kept their relationship under wraps initially, but by March 2022, they were engaged, and they tied the knot in April 2022.
They even bought a $12 million mansion in Newport Beach, which Christina called their “long-term family home.” But things took a turn when Hall filed for divorce in July 2023, and Christina quickly followed suit. She’s been vocal about wanting sole access to their Newport Beach home, especially for the sake of her kids.
In her filings, Christina expressed concerns about Josh coming to the house unannounced and even plugging in security cameras she had unplugged. She also asked the court to make him return $35,000 that he transferred without her permission.
Christina opened up about the split on social media, sharing her frustrations and feelings about the situation. She mentioned how hard she worked to build her life and how she felt like she was in a tornado during their relationship. Meanwhile, Josh has been trying to keep things private, stating he doesn’t want to publicly badmouth anyone.
As the divorce proceedings continue, both are moving on. Josh has been spotted with a new girlfriend, while Christina is reportedly dating Christopher Larocca, the CEO of Network Connex. It’s a lot to unpack, but it seems like both are ready to start new chapters in their lives.
