In the clip, Bruce, who is 69 and dealing with dementia, wore a light corduroy jacket and a New York Yankees cap. Emma captioned the video, saying he always takes the time to show his gratitude with a handshake and a heartfelt “thank you for your service.”
Their daughter, Tallulah, commented on the post, expressing how happy it made her feel. Bruce’s family revealed his aphasia diagnosis in March 2022, which affects his ability to communicate. Later, they shared that he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in February 2023.
The family lives in LA, where the Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire have caused significant destruction, claiming lives and burning thousands of acres. They hope to raise awareness about dementia and the need for more research into the disease. Bruce and Emma have two daughters together, while he shares three daughters with his first wife, Demi Moore.
