The brick façade of a new residential building in Midtown East has reached its peak, marking a significant milestone in its construction.

The gray brick exterior is now mostly complete, with the last touches being added to the top. Recent photos show the building’s east and north sides nearly fully clad, featuring large glass windows. The ground level is still exposed, but that’s just part of the construction process.
The southern wall is also coming together, finished in tan-painted concrete with smaller windows. The building used to be home to a row of low-rise structures, which you can see in older Google Street View images.
The design includes landscaped terraces on the 16th floor and additional setbacks on the 18th. There will be 100 feet of retail space on the ground floor, with big windows framed in bronze.
On floors two through 15, there will be about ten to twelve apartments each, while floors 16 to 23 will have five to seven. Residents can look forward to amenities like a rooftop deck, a fitness center, and a lounge.
For those commuting, the nearest subway stations are the E and M trains at Lexington Avenue-53rd Street and the 6 train at 51st Street. The building is expected to be completed by late 2025.
