Boston: With wildfires wreaking havoc in California, some restaurants in Boston are stepping up to help out. They’re selling a charity cocktail called the Sunset Spritz.

Places like Monument Restaurant & Tavern, Prima Italian Steakhouse, and Waverly Kitchen & Bar in Charlestown are all in on it. A portion of the sales goes to the California Community Foundation: Wildfire Recovery Fund.

This fund is crucial for providing food, essentials, and shelter to those affected, especially the most underserved communities. Over in Cambridge, Source is also pitching in by donating from their Perfect Harmony mocktail to World Central Kitchen.

World Central Kitchen is all about serving fresh meals to those impacted by the wildfires. Sadly, the death toll in the Los Angeles area has climbed to 16 as crews work hard to control the flames.
