Bojangles Fried Chicken Chain Opens First Restaurant in Las Vegas

Las Vegas: Cue the fried chicken and biscuits, folks! Bojangles is finally making its way to Las Vegas. This popular chain, known for its Southern comfort food, is opening its first location on South Rainbow Boulevard.

The new spot is part of a big plan by LVP Restaurant Group to bring 20 Bojangles restaurants to the area by 2027. They kicked things off back in July, breaking ground at 9210 S. Rainbow Blvd., just south of Blue Diamond Road.

More Bojangles locations are on the way, too, with plans for spots on Paradise Road, East Harmon Avenue, and Decatur Boulevard near the 215 Beltway. Jeanette Davis, the senior VP of operations for LVP, shared the exciting news.

This opening follows a trend in Vegas, where several new chains have recently made their debut, like Zippy’s and Whataburger. Bojangles, which started back in 1977, now has over 700 locations in the Southeast, and this will be its first restaurant west of Texas.
