Los Angeles: Beyoncé just stepped up big time, donating $2.5 million to help with the wildfires that are tearing through California. Her charity, BeyGOOD, shared the news on Instagram, saying, “Los Angeles we stand with you. 🫶🏽”

This fund is specifically for families in the Altadena and Pasadena areas who have lost their homes. It will also support local churches and community centers to meet the immediate needs of those affected.

Beyoncé’s foundation, which she started back in 2013, is all about making a difference. They even included a link for others to contribute and learn more about their mission.

Fans are really showing their love for her in the comments, praising her for not asking for donations but instead giving from her own pocket. One fan wrote, “Queen behavior 🙌🔥🐝,” highlighting how she always comes through when it matters.

Another fan pointed out how important this area has been for Black families, especially during the Civil Rights era, making her support even more meaningful.

Just days before this donation, Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles, revealed that she lost her Malibu home in the fires. She shared a heartfelt post about her favorite place being gone and thanked the firefighters for their bravery.

Sadly, many celebrities have also lost their homes in these fires, which started in the Pacific Palisades. At least 24 lives have been lost, and hundreds of thousands have had to evacuate.

Beyoncé isn’t alone in her generosity; other stars like Jamie Lee Curtis and Kim Kardashian have also stepped up to help those affected. It’s a tough time, but the support is pouring in.
