Denver: Avanti Food & Beverage, which opened in 2015, is getting a makeover. They’re closing the first floor for a big remodel as they gear up for their 10th anniversary.

This means three food stands are shutting down: Pho King Rapidos, 22 Provisions, and Gorlami Pizza. But don’t worry, new concepts are on the way, and they’ll be revealed when they reopen in March.

They’re also adding a coffee shop that’ll serve breakfast burritos and pastries. This will help make Avanti a spot for all-day dining, according to their operations director, Travis Christ.

While the first floor is under construction, the second floor remains open with Amá Modern Mexican, Knockabout Burgers, and a bar serving customers from Tuesday to Saturday. Quiero Arepas will be back on the first floor in March.

Pho King Rapidos, which used to have a food truck, mentioned on Instagram that they plan to reopen somewhere else in Denver this year. Exciting times ahead!
